DESCRIPTION: Belts! Blocks! Blankets! Bolsters! Understanding props is an incredible lesson on how support can make us stronger and help us break barriers. In this workshop-like-class, Kate will lead you on a journey to love props and know how to use them to deepen your poses, maintain your alignment, and create more body awareness. We will move through a basic sequence, stopping along the way to notice changes the props allow in our bodies. You’ll leave prepared to use props in any class with ease and confidence.
