Join Kate & James Hooker, yogi, market manager and sound engineer/musician, for this 1 hour restorative journey. Sound bath is a meditative and therapeutic experience that uses resonant sounds from instruments to induce deep relaxation and promote well-being. While Kate leads us in a supportive floor poses using bolsters, blankets and blocks to create a deep state of letting go, James will bring us deeper into our restful state with ambient sounds and acoustic guitar that match the moment and give us higher release and a foundation for meeting change.
