Join us for a yoga and reiki workshop led by Kristy Liesegang, RYT - 500 and reiki master and Megan Couri, reiki master as they blend restorative yoga with the healing practice of reiki. Infusing reiki healing all throughout the workshop, each restorative yoga pose (lasting approx 6 min) will target a specific chakra/energy center. You’ll leave feeling realigned, refresh led and reset for the days ahead.
