DESCRIPTION: Join us on November 30 and January 1 for a peaceful pause amid the holiday rush. Each class will offer 45 minutes of gentle yin yoga, which is a practice that stays close to the floor, with extended holds  supported by props to move inward. The asana practice will be followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation designed to cultivate calm, focus, and release. A restorative way to prepare for 2026.
