Description
Sweat and smile in a vinyasa flow class heated to 85 degrees meant to help detox the body.
From practicing this class you will gain strength, confidence, and release some of the weight (physical and energetic) that you have been holding.
Helpful tips:
Drink a gallon of water the day before class. Don’t drink anything cold before or directly after class. It’s best to drink warm water but if you can’t do that room temperature is fine.
Once you come into the room you want to stay in there for the whole class so use the restroom before class. If you feel light headed or need a rest, lay down and let your body cool.
