Description
The practice of Yin focuses on an inward reflective attention. We enter a pose and hold for a few moments, long enough to stretch beyond the muscles and into the fascia and connective tissues of the body.

Once we settle into the pose a form of meditation lingers throughout the hour together. Stillness of the mind and body.

Yin helps to create space in the body and mind.
