DESCRIPTION: "Vinyasa" means breath with movement. This class combines breath, movement, strength and flexibility to explore yoga fundamentals as well as more challenging postures. This is an all levels yoga class meaning there is something for everyone, and our teachers are here to support the growth of both seasoned and new practitioners. The room will be at a comfortable, moderate temperature, and blocks/bolsters are available.
