DESCRIPTION: Come and join me for a two hour deep dive into the world of yin yoga. In yin yoga floor based poses are held for long holds, up to 5 minutes. This practice allows you to slow down, relax and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. In this two hour workshop we will explore different poses and ways of making them more accessible for your body.

To book this class you will need to purchase a workshop pass at £25.

Class is held at Maplebeck Village Hall, Maplebeck, Nottinghamshire.  Parking is on the road either outside the hall or on the grass near the church.
