DESCRIPTION: This is a similar class to the dynamic vinyasa flow but with a longer warm up to allow the body to get ready to move. Strength, stretching and breathwork all combine to work out and relax your body and your mind.

This class is held at the Thomas Cranmer Centre, Aslockton, Nottinghamshire.  Ample parking is available on site.

What to bring?
You will need to bring a mat, a blanket and some water. I provide blocks and straps as required. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, and layers are always good!
