DESCRIPTION: Come along to a friendly and fun group to stretch and strengthen your body through a sequence of yoga flow.  Elements of vinyasa flow are blended with hatha and restorative yoga to create a lovely and holistic experience .  Each class is slightly different and is altered to suit who is there.  Props may be used during the class to support the practice. Suitable for all abilities, modifications will be given.  This is a mat based class.

You will need to bring a mat, a blanket and some water. I provide blocks and straps as required. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, and layers are always good!

Please ensure you arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the class starts to avoid interrupting the beginning of the class for the other yogis.
