DESCRIPTION: A 45 minute yoga class to break up your day.  Come along to stretch and strengthen your body through a sequence of vinyasa flow.  Suitable for all abilities, modifications will be given.  This is a mat based class.

The class is held at Elston Village Hall, Top Street, Elston, Newark, NG23 5NP.  Parking is available on site.

What to bring?
You will need to bring a mat, a blanket and some water.  I provide blocks and straps but you are also welcome to use your own.  It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, and layers are always good!
