DESCRIPTION: Come along to a friendly and fun group to stretch and strengthen your body through a sequence of yoga flow, elements of vinyasa flow are blended with hatha and restorative yoga to create a lovely and holistic experience .  Each class is slightly different and is altered to suit who is there.  Props may be used during the class to support the practice. Suitable for all abilities, modifications will be given.  This is a mat based class.

The class is held at Elston Village Hall, Top Street, Elston, Newark, NG23 5NP.  Parking is available on site.  The hall is nicely air conditioned in summer and heated in winter. 

What to bring?
You will need to bring a mat, a blanket and some water.  I provide blocks and straps but you are also welcome to use your own.  It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, and layers are always good!
