DESCRIPTION: A glorious yin yoga class to stretch your body. Long holds settle the nervous system and create space. Perfect to support any sport or just to give yourself some time and space.  The later time means you can go straight to bed afterwards! Comfy clothes that you can move in, pyjamas are welcome!!

Held at Normanton on Trent Village Hall, South Street, Normanton on Trent.

Bring a yoga mat, two blankets, a cushion, some water and anything else you need to be comfy. 

This is a 6 week course. You pay for all classes regardless of whether you attend them all or not.
