Perfect to support any sport or just to give yourself some time and space.  The later time means you can go straight to bed afterwards! Comfy clothes that you can move in, pyjamas are optional!

Prepare your space with a yoga mat, two blankets, a cushion, some water and anything else you need to be super comfy.
