Tuesday yoga in Fakenham, in this 6 week block we'll explore a different theme each week focusing on the whole body in these flow based classes. These classes are in format meaning that some weeks we'll practice vinyasa, yin, slow flow, dragon dance.

Week 1 Ashtanga
Week 2 Slow Flow
Week 3 Strong Vinyasa
Week 4 Women's Yoga
Week 5 Dragon Dance (Thai Chi Vinyasa fusion)
Week 6 Yin & Yoga Nidra

All classes include breath-work, asana, mudra, pelvic floor work and embodiment practices as well as relaxation techniques that aim to leave you feeling centred in your body, grounded and energised.

Please bring your own equipment including a yoga mat, blanket and cushion. I recommend you wear comfy clothes you can move in and a thick jumper/ socks for the relaxation.

Please see T&C's regarding block bookings on the website. If you cannot attend a class albeit there is space in Fakenham on Tuesday you are welcome to join that class instead.
