DESCRIPTION: Welcome to this months mini retreat !!! 😀 

For 2 hours experience a deeply nourishing and restful immersion where you have to do little more than breathe, stretch and lie down. Supported by blocks, blankets and bolsters to hold you in comfort and ease in every position.

Beginning with breath work to allow your body to relax into the restorative yoga positions and ending with a yoga nidra; a guided meditation to relax your body, mind and soul.

Enjoy this time just for you to switch off and relax.
Please bring a large towel to cover props and a blanket for covering you! Eye pillows are lovely to bring if you have them 😌
