DESCRIPTION: Sample Austin&#039;s Breathe &amp; Heal Flow Yoga class he teaches every Saturday morning from 9-10am. Austin also teaches Breathe &amp; Heal Slow Flow on Monday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm. 

A flow class focuses on balance, strength, connection, and relaxation. In this class you can expect a positive, encouraging mood, focusing on peaceful breathing and connecting with your body’s whole range of motion. Vinyasa practice creates strength and fluidity in the body and mind. Classes are for every body and are welcoming of all skill levels. Please feel welcome to try this class, even if you are brand new to yoga.
