What will happen during the ceremony?

We will begin by setting our intentions for the ceremony - being clear about your intention will help cacao to work her magic with you. We will mindfully drink the Cacao experiencing it’s warmth and presence in the body and you will then lie down and be guided to a deep meditation state through yoga nidra and sound bath, letting the therapeutic vibrations from the sounds as these medicines do their healing work. There is nothing for you to do as you take an inner voyage with the plant and sounds as your guides.

Comforting tea and healthy biscuits will be provided after the ceremony as we enjoy some time to share and write down any insights or wisdom that you've gained, whilst basking in the cacao glow ❤

¿Qué pasará durante la ceremonia? Comenzaremos estableciendo nuestras intenciones para la ceremonia: tener claras tus intenciones ayudará a que el cacao haga su magia contigo. Beberemos el Cacao conscientemente experimentando su calidez y presencia en el cuerpo y luego te acostarás y serás guiado a un estado de meditación profunda a través de yoga nidra y baño de sonido, dejando que las vibraciones terapéuticas de los sonidos hagan su trabajo curativo. No tienes nada que hacer mientras haces un viaje interior con la planta y los sonidos como guías. Se proporcionará té reconfortante y galletas saludables después de la ceremonia mientras disfrutamos de un tiempo para compartir y escribir cualquier conocimiento o sabiduría que haya adquirido, mientras disfruta del brillo del cacao ❤ .
