Learning to breathe is an art form.  Allowing the breath to center and rebalance the body &amp;amp; mind is a practice.  Meditation helps to focus our energy and enhance our lives. Practicing breath and meditation can help with a variety of intentions including relaxation, stress reduction, focusing, intention setting, directing energy and more.

Each session we learn how to use the breath in new ways to experience the life force within us and help to direct our energy through intentions. Different modes of meditation will be used through sound, mudras, mantra, and more.  This class is designed for beginners and current practicing meditators.

No prior meditation experience is necessary.  Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and journal to help enhance your experience.  Available on site as well.
