Meditation helps with relaxation and stress reduction. Reiki is a Japanese form of meditative healing. The breath is our Prana, enhancing our awareness and energy to the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga is the yolk of life, a spiritual connection in motion. Mudras are sacred positions energetically connecting us to the Antahkarana (our Oneness). Sacred meditative sound is connected vibration, whether it be through mantra, high vibration crystalline bowls, or carefully chosen music, has the power to enhance your energy to the totality of your human/spirit potential. Each week we bring in a new experience centered around these traditions and carefully crafted to enhance your current or newly developing practice. We allow for advanced opening to your authentic self during these classes. No prior meditation experience is necessary. Attending in person? - Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and journal to help enhance your experience. Attending on line? - Be prepared with the same items in your remote location.
