DESCRIPTION: Join us for a plant medicine ceremony to release stress and heal trauma by strengthening new neural pathways that reconnect you to your highest healing and intuitive knowing. We open the journey by calling in the seven directions: east, west, north, south, up, down, and inward. Then we partake in the medicine (cannabis sativa) ceremonially. Dropping into deep-stretches, we open and ground our bodies.  With bodies still and supported, we bring in Yoga Nidra and sound vibrations to encourage us to melt, merge and drop past the thinking mind into alpha, theta and delta brainwaves. This unique combination of medicine, poses, breathing and Yoga Nidra produces structural healing changes in the brain and the body.
