DESCRIPTION: n this day-long dance retreat, we will have an opportunity to join in community with the collective intention of moving our bodies as a means of discovering what lives beneath the surface of what we think we know. We give permission for body intelligence to lead us into portals of creativity and healing that cannot often be arrived at through the rational mind.  We give ourselves permission to feel and express through the body, so that we are able to harvest information and clarity from our physical, emotional, and imaginal intelligence.
