We begin with an gentle yoga practice with hands on assists and massage—an opportunity to arrive fully, breathe deeply, and reconnect. From there, ease into a relaxed and joyful open-air brunch beneath white shade canopies, where delicious food and the warmth of community come together.  After brunch we move through a well-curated silent auction bidding on exciting items such as self-care packages, sunset sail adventures, fine art and more.  All to fund MAMM's community mindful movement programs.
