Learn foundational skills and develop core techniques.  Get a great work out while having a blast.  Wear form fitting comfortable clothes that cover your midriff, knees and armpits.  Yoga leggings and a form-fitting long sleeved shirt works well.  For the men, wear a tight t-shirt that can tuck into form-fitting sweat pants or long shorts.
