Students are invited to breathe and move within the shape, rhythmically exploring how energy moves and where it is stuck. With curiosity and reverence students engage with the movement, awakening every fiber while simultaneously experiencing quiet spaciousness. Through this practice, cellular awareness of how to express your inner wild and conscious animal is cultivated. Students learn to reorient around an awakened core, feeling balance with gravity.
