DESCRIPTION: Discover this integrated yoga class bringing elements of Heart, Mind, Body and Energy into harmony. ZoFLow is a vinyasa flow class that incorporates pranayama during the warm up.  Using elements of kundalini yoga, energy is awakened and elevated before the asanas so the movement is supported by a stronger flow of uplifting energy.  Zoflow often adds organic free flow movements such as Chi Jung-style shaking or organic expressive dance.  Classes typically end with Zoe playing guitar and softly singing chants as students slide into savasana.
