DESCRIPTION: Vinyasa Kriya is a fusion class marinated in pure bhakti (sweet devotion).  Using elements of Kundalini yoga kriyas, energy is awakened and elevated before the asanas so the movement is supported by a flow of prana.   
Often organic free flow movements such as Chi Jung-style shaking or organic expressive dance are added.  Classes typically end with Zoe playing guitar and softly chanting as students slide into savasana.
