DESCRIPTION: Gentle Movement into Restorative Poses with Crystal Bowl sound vibration.  In the first part of the class, through rhythmic movement, students are invited to release the past and retain the wisdom.  In the second part of the class, quiet restorative poses invite students to conjure clarity around intentions for future healing and growth.  In the stillness of the sound bath, vibration imprints these seeds of intention in our bodies  and into the akashic field around us.  This is a "Pay what you want" class.  You will receive a payment link AFTER the class.  You must book yourself into the class in order to attend.
