Master Jan Osterneck has studied and practiced Tai Chi Chuan and meditation for nearly 3 decades. Her teachers have included some of the most accomplished masters in the world including Grandmaster William CC Chen, Master Luis Moliera, Sifu Ron Perfetti, and Ngeton.

Learn Tai Chi form with Master Jan Osterneck. A regular Tai Chi practice increases balance, health, vitality, flexibility and Grace. This ancient art and science cultivates a strong connection between body and mind and spirit. The careful sequencing of poses gives students time to perceive the body within space, and ultimately bring attention to the universe within.
