No meditation experience needed and all ages are welcome

Recommendations of what to bring 
- Journal and pen 
- Water Bottle 
- Blanket for extra comfort and if you're easily cold 
- Eye mask/ pillow 
- Wear comfortable clothing (even if its pyjamas!)
