This class is aimed for those in remission, or those without a chronic illness. It is a gentle but flowing class, changing between sitting, laying and standing a few times in the practise. 

Working on different themes each time, introducing breath work, meditation as well as movement. That include mobility, flexibility and strengthening postures.

This class is okay for any level of experience in your healing journey.
