DESCRIPTION: A heart-led monthly circle open to those who would like to express themselves in a safe space without any judgement. Exploring, Learning, discovering and being 💕 It is split in two sections - authentic sharing & workshop. Each month with a different theme.

January is a great time to get in touch with ourselves and set short and long term intentions. In this months Circle we will first get in touch with our authentic selves, get real honest and raw, so that we can then create our vision board 🥰🤩

Vision board in short is a visual image representation of your intentions/goals. That you then keep somewhere you see daily, to remind you to live with purpose and intention. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED? 
- Authentic Sharing
- Inner connection Meditation 
- Vision Board creation! (would be great if we can all bring some cut out pictures from magazines, glue, scissors, pens, pencils. Collectively bringing things) 
- All while sipping on tea with some biscuits (if you'd like to bring something you baked or made, that would also be great! just let me know so we don't bring too much either) 

Then off we go for lunch! 🥗 location TBC (close to the studio)

Soul Circles are also a great way to connect with others and build a community because it takes a village to support each other so let's lift each other UP! ❤️

A space for self discovery, love and care of yourself in a space of no judgement to be truly and deeply yourself. 💌

The yoga studio has a toilet and space to change. 
You can use your mat, however at the yoga studio we have mats as well. 
2G Plus rule apply - vaccinated or recovered PLUS quick test. Can be done in front of the studio with your own test.
