DESCRIPTION: It’s 2022, the best time to create a vision board is now! 

To get clear on your intentions, focuses, goals, dreams & directions for the coming year ahead. 

In this session we will have a meditation to connect to our heart centre, where we want to lead our intentions from. Then go into guided journaling for short & long term intentions in various areas of our lives. Following that we will talk about vision board creation, the how & if you want you can start it during the call, but as it’s a time consuming and creative process, you might want to use this session to get clear what to put on there and afterwards find the images that match your intentions. 

Everyone is welcome, for free, because this is such an important and beneficial activity to do to start the year off.
