DESCRIPTION: January the national month of new beginning and endings 🎉 Some of us embark on new things, in attempt to end old habits. In this months classes we will focus on exactly this, but directing it more into our physical, mental and spiritual selves. 

Each class will include - Meditation, Breathwork, Gentle Vinyasa/Movement & some journaling.

*Doors to the studio will close promptly at 19:00, please come early to get yourself settled in for a prompt start without rushing.
