DESCRIPTION: Moon holds a lot of energetically power, and we go through shifts all the time with the Moon. The two I like to focus on are the New Moon and Full Moon Energies. 

New Moon is time when the sky is the darkest. Perfect time to reflect, set new intentions, turn inwards and nurture yourself. 

Full Moon is time when the sky is the brightest. Great time to let go, release, look over set intentions and see what is holding you back from achieving them. 

Each time we are under a different Zodiac sign energy bringing different themes and focuses in our life. By learning and following them we can better prepare and take control of our emotions and actions. 

Each ceremony is slow paced with a lot of introspection, with aspects of:
- Moon Energy Update
- Movement (not a yoga class)
- Guided Meditation &
- Guided Journaling 

You will receive an email before the class starts with some key journaling prompts and affirmations, to help prepare for the session even before the session begins. For you to take the 1.5hr ceremony even more deeply.
