DESCRIPTION: 20th of March Spring begins, so in this class we will invite in the energies of SPRING into our movement practise 🧘‍♀️ 

Rebirth &amp;amp; Growth - We are coming to life once again, blossoming, beginning to glow and shine our own beauty. The dark months are now over &amp;amp; we’re moving into the warmth of the light. (The sun will continue to grow until the Summer Solstice, when it begins its turn inward again.)

Nature is waking up &amp;amp; being reborn.

The same thing is happening within you. Your spirit is coming alive with hopeful, excited energy. Parts of you are being reborn &amp;amp; coming alive in ways they never have before.

Spring represents a new day; it’s dawn in the wheel of the year. A new sun is rising. Life is waking up in the warm sunlight &amp;amp; your spirit feels ready to make a fresh start.

What excites you right now? What are you interested in? What are you drawn toward?

Spring brings clarity. This is the time to get really clear on what you want to see grow in your life &amp;amp; what you want to harvest. In order to gain that clarity you need to try out what’s calling you.

Spring &amp;amp; summer bring powerful growth energy.

In our MOVEMENT practise we will connect with early spring’s playful, curious spirit with joyful fun movement, challenging ourselves but also having fun with it. 

P.S. there might be some arm balance play 😉

Class will include - Meditation, Breath work, Gentle Vinyasa/Movement &amp;amp; optional journaling. 

Movement - Vinyasa part of the class is movement flowing with your breath, sometimes we go slower sometimes faster. I am guided intuitively based on how we all feel in the class to create a flow that suits us all. It is open to you if you are an experienced Yogi looking for more than just movement, and for you if you are just beginning your journey with movement.

*Doors to the studio will close promptly at 19:30, please come early to get yourself settled in for a prompt start without rushing.
*Please bring with you a journal for the optional journaling at the end of the class. 
*Water bottle &amp;amp; comfy clothing for movement
*Our yoga studio has toilets and room to change
