DESCRIPTION: Doesn't being out in nature help you feel grounded, peaceful but so alive? So many beautiful sights, taking in all the stillness, silence, peace... 🌅 

The intention for this ceremony is to slow down, come back to your heart, in a safe space of reflection, sharing and simply being. 🌈 

What you can expect:
- Cacao Ceremony, blessing and meditation
- Reflection Journaling & Sharing 
- Nature, Sound healing
- Sunset watching
- Relaxation

What to bring with you:
- A blanket
- Yoga Mat - we might have some gentle movement before drinking cacao to release the body from any tensions 
- Journal and a pen 
- Bottle of water
- Cup / Mug / Glass for me to pour the cacao into
- Anything else you feel you need to feel comfy, cosy and relaxed

Why Cacao? (not cocoa) 
Cacao is an amazing heart opening medicine. It consist of many minerals, magnesium and anti-oxidants that it will relax your muscles and tissues. Dropping from the mind to the heart. From thinking to feeling. The spirit of cacao ceremonies, invite you to come home to yourself. Coming back into alignment. 🌸 Thanking the Mayan ancestors for the knowledge, history and rituals they bring to our life. Honouring their wisdom and teachings, honouring nature and all it teaches us, honouring ourselves for all we bring into this world. 

Why at Sunset? 🌅 
Sunset is not only about observing the beauty in the sky, but also about enjoying that quiet time, noticing stillness, how everything settles down and with it, you slowing down. A beautiful shift in the energy, a pause, a slowing down, a moment to be kind and gentle with yourself. A reminder that there is time to start & there is time to end, a lead into a deepfull resting time of the day. Like the sun teaches us, it’s necessary to dim our light, slow down and take rest. To take the light within and look more within. 🌼

And to these teachings, reminders, we will connect to the nature flow and embrace different properties of it all in each ceremony. ✨ 

With cacao, such a powerful heart medicine with such a beautiful and honest history, to guide us into that 💛

Good to know: 
- it is the best to not drink any coffee at least 4 hours before the ceremony
- dress warm, when the sun sets the temperature drops quickly 
- see if you can not eat anything at least 2 or up to 4 hours before the ceremony
- if you are pregnant or if you are taking anti-depression medication please consult your doctor before signing up. It is usually okay, just at a smaller dose, so please let me know if this applies to you. 
- cacao will be made using the most authentic oldest recipe there is, please let me know if you have any allergies or aren't comfortable with any of these spices, then I will change it: water, ceremonial cacao, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cinnamon, panela sugar. 
- If the weather doesn't allow it, you will receive 2 hours notice of any change and will be able to use the credit pass for the following ceremony OR we meet in my house for a beautiful indoor ceremony instead. We can decide on the day if it has to change from outside to inside. 
- We meet at 19:15 at the entrance to the Michaelibeergarden, sunsets at 20:50 then afterwards we will see how much longer we want to stay, latest 22:00.
