DESCRIPTION: Self-Discovery journey through your 7 different energy centres. 

Chakras are physiological energy centers and at the same time represent the entire spectrum of life topics that are important to us - security, feelings, strength, relationships, intuition, spirituality.

7 energy centres of spiritual power in the human body. In Sanskrit, the word chakra means “wheel” and refers to the energy centres in your body. These wheels of spinning energy correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. 

In this workshop we will discover these topics for each chakra:
- location
- body parts it affects 
- psychological effects 
- colour
- sound
- energy (feminine/masculine)
- element (water/fire/air/ether/earth)
- what it represents
- how it manifests when it is balanced and/or out of balance
- what to do to bring it into balance, from yoga, breath work, to daily life things

Even though this sounds like a 'learning' workshop, it is so much more than that. As you grow your awareness on each chakras energy, you will be more aware of your current experience of it. Therefore, this will be a Self-Discovery journey through your 7 different energy centres. 

Bring your favourite cup for some tea, snacks, and an open loving mind as we all learn, discover and support one another through our own experiences.
