DESCRIPTION: The intention for this ceremony is to feel into the New Moon energy with the heart opening plant medicine of KAKAO. ✨ 

This is not the hot chocolate you can buy in the store, it is ceremonial cacao. The process, the history, the medicine that ceremonial cacao holds is of plant medicine value with many physical benefits as well as spiritual. 

Ceremonial Cacao:
Cacao is a heart opening plant medicine. It consist of many minerals, magnesium and anti-oxidants that will help to relax your muscles and tissues. Dropping from the mind to the heart. From thinking to feeling. The spirit of cacao ceremonies, invite you to come home to yourself. Coming back into alignment. 🌸 Thanking the Mayan ancestors for the knowledge, history and rituals they bring to our life. Honouring their wisdom and teachings, honouring nature and all it teaches us, honouring ourselves for all we bring into this world.

- A blanket
- Yoga Mat
- Journal and a pen 
- Bottle of water
- Your special Cup / Mug / Glass for KAKAO
- Anything else you feel you need to feel comfy, cosy and relaxed 

Why at a New Moon? 🌅 
Each new moon is a time to set new intentions, goals, and simply get in touch with what is most important for you right now. Each time under a different zodiac sign to direct our focus to different areas of our life. In this ceremony you will learn more about the beauty of New Moon themed practises with the addition of KAKAO. 🌚 

Good to know: 
- it is the best to not drink any coffee at least 4 hours before the ceremony
- dress comfortably
- see if you can not eat anything at least 2 or up to 4 hours before the ceremony
- if you are pregnant or if you are taking anti-depression medication please consult your doctor before signing up. It is usually okay, just at a smaller dose, so please let me know if this applies to you. 
- cacao will be made using an authentic recipe, please let me know if you have any allergies or aren't comfortable with any of these spices, then I will change it: water & ceremonial cacao with optional honey or brown sugar to add at your own discretion.
