What are conscious connections?
- having the purpose of growth as an individual and collective
- approaching conversation with self-awareness
- taking responsibility for how you show up for yourself, and others
- being real, honest, authentic 

There is no structure to this meeting, it is a 'simple' bi weekly gathering, but with the intention of consciously connecting. A place where you can build deeper connections with the group. 

A place to listen, share and simply be. 

Feel free to bring along with you anything you'd like to share in the group: oracle decks, poems, music, instruments, crystals, or your own creations.

Gathering for those wanting to build conscious connections, meaning all that come together with a purpose of growth. Individual growth. Shared growth as a group. Collective growth that makes the world a better place.

Conscious relating starts with self-awareness. Reminds us that we are actually relating to another person or group of people and in order to have a conscious relationship we have to see and listen to the other person. 

Conscious relating also means taking responsibility for everything that happens between you and the group. Ask yourself, how am I contributing to this situation?

Communicating authentically brings it all together. Have you ever noticed that when you meet someone and they are honest and real with you – no matter what the topic – you are often inexplicably drawn to them? Our hearts naturally open to realness and authenticity. Ask yourself, am I being real in my communication?
