Why educate & inspire? 
My journey with Ceremonial Cacao started a few years ago, I came across it by coincidence at the time, yet now I have full belief it was meant to be. 

I discovered how connected I feel to this plant medicine, to its culture and al it brings to our world, to the communities. I decided to start studying and started my journey into cacao knowledge with a few schools until I finally ended up at the Mayan Wisdom Project. A school, community, collaboration that teaches directly from the Mayan spiritual leaders. On their culture, they’re beliefs, world and big part of it with cacao. 

My heart and mind have finally felt at home, I resonate and connect so deeply to their culture. I now share what I learn, what I love with your through Cacao Ceremonies. 

However, this series of temporary circles will be slightly different. After many unsuccessful attempts at finding authentically led cacao ceremonies in Munich, I’ve decided to offer these donation based circles with the intention to EDUCATE and INSPIRE. 

About the circle
Circle of safety, support, warmth and love. A morning for you to come into stillness, to listen to your heart calling and to be completely guided and held.  

Come with all that you are, because that is perfectly perfect. 

Morning to meditate, reflect, journal and reconnect. Starting your day the best way with a cup of heart plant medicine. We might bring in some gentle movement too. 

Come to enjoy, learn and get inspired. We will make the cacao together, while I share some more on what these circles hold. Then actually enjoy it in a ceremonial setting itself too. 

Why Cacao? (not cocoa or hot chocolate you might think of) 
Cacao is an amazing heart opening medicine. It consist of many minerals, magnesium and anti-oxidants that it will relax your muscles and tissues. Dropping from the mind to the heart. From thinking to feeling. The spirit of cacao ceremonies, invite you to come home to yourself. Coming back into alignment. 🌸 Thanking the Mayan ancestors for the knowledge, history and rituals they bring to our life. Honouring their wisdom and teachings, honouring nature and all it teaches us, honouring ourselves for all we bring into this world. 

It doesn't matter if it will be your first time, or hundredth time drinking cacao, you will be fully guided. It isn't a psychedelic either. 

Contra-indications for drinking cacao: 
Even though it is a superfood, and is safe, there are some cases to not drink it or have a lower dose. Please let me know at least 48 hours before the event, if any of the apply to you, and check with your doctor. 

- pregnancy or breast-feeding
- high blood pressure or a heart condition
- if you take SSRI's anti-depressants 

To prepare for the circle:
- best avoid coffee on the day or at least 4 hours before the circle 
- best to join on an empty stomach, preferably no food 3 or 4 hours before the circle, please eat a heavier lunch instead. Or eat something light and easily digestible up to 2 hours before
- wear something comfortable, as you will be sitting or laying down for a while
