DESCRIPTION: This Postpartum Mommy &amp; Me Fitness series is designed to help new moms rebuild strength safely and confidently after birth. This class focuses on functional, full-body strength with special attention to the core and pelvic floor, supporting the movements you use in everyday life as a new parent.

Classes are non-heated and thoughtfully programmed using mostly bodyweight exercises, with select weeks incorporating postpartum-friendly props such as blocks, Pilates balls, straps, and resistance bands. Expect a supportive, progressive approach that emphasizes foundational movement, strength, and stability, helping you reconnect with your body at your own pace.

This is a baby-friendly class for moms with pre-walking babies — feed, soothe, and snuggle them as needed. Come as you are, connect with your body, your baby, and a supportive community of other moms on the same journey.

You are welcome to join once you have medical clearance, with 6 weeks postpartum generally recommended by medical professionals.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided — just bring water and your baby.
