DESCRIPTION: Postpartum Mommy &amp; Me is a 4-week series designed to gently and safely support your postpartum recovery while fostering connection with your baby and a nurturing community of other mothers.

In each class, we’ll focus on rebuilding strength and stability in the body with special attention to:
• Back and glute strengthening
• Shoulder and chest opening
• Core reactivation and pelvic floor balancing
• Gentle vinyasas tailored for postpartum bodies

This mother-centric class offers a mindful bridge for those ready to transition toward regular asana practice, while honoring the unique needs of postpartum recovery. 

Babies (non-mobile) are welcome to join, but not required. Feed, soothe, or snuggle them as needed.
Come as you are, breathe deeply, and move gently. Reconnect with your body, your baby, and a supportive community.

Yoga mats and blankets provided, just bring water and your baby!
