DESCRIPTION: Experience yoga in the serene surroundings of Town Centre Park overlooking Lafarge Lake, surrounded by breathtaking green spaces and natural beauty. This beginner-friendly outdoor yoga class blends grounding Hatha postures, gentle flows, and time to connect with the tranquility of nature and local community—offering a unique experience to enhance flexibility, strength, and mental focus.
This class is designed to be accessible to all levels, with modifications offered to support individual needs. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with your body and mind in a peaceful outdoor setting. Open to adults 18+, pre-registration is required.
Please note this is not a baby-friendly class. It is a wonderful option for postpartum mamas looking to attend solo and reconnect with themselves through movement.

⏰ PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS START TIME
(Allow time to park, walk to the location, set up your mat, and check in with staff.)
☔ Classes run rain or shine (please dress appropriately for the weather). Most sessions will take place under cover beneath the white canopy at the Community Plaza. If this space is being used for a special event, class will move to the grassy area facing the lake. If it is raining and we are not under cover, the class will be modified into a more standing-focused practice for comfort and safety.
🧘‍♀️ Please bring a yoga mat and water.
👀 Look for Wobbling Yogi staff wearing reflective neon green clothing.
