By engaging various muscle groups, these poses help you gain body strength. Yogalates also aids in lengthening the muscles and especially helps make your lower and abdominal back strong.

In Kids Aerial Yoga fantasy becomes a reality by using our Aerial hammocks. The hammocks help us feel weightless, they let us fly and give your kids a chance to use all their creative energy.

There are many benefits to Aerial Yoga. We work on motor skills and balance, develop body awareness. Through play we work on building strength while we also work on our social skills.

Each class starts with a little bit of mindfulness and we end with a yummy relaxation the hammocks.

There will always be attention to the mental wellbeing of each child as well. Lastly, not to be forgotten: Aerial Yoga is FUN!

Make sure that the kids wear zipper and button free clothing to help keep our hammocks safe. Refrain from eating and drinking 1 hour from the start of class!

In Yin Yoga we move at a slower pace, holding poses for up to five minutes. Instead of heating up, we relax the muscles as much as possible. In these passive poses we can work the deeper connective tissues – tendons, ligaments and fascia.

You are the Yin to my Yang <3

Yin completes a more heating yang practice, such as Vinyasa yoga, running or weight exercise. In Yin we slow things down and turn inward. A wonderful antidote in today‘s fast-paced world.

In the Hatha Yoga practice the focus is on loosening and strengthening the body. It is a static practice, rather than a flowing one, and there is always time for relaxation between different postures.

Regulating the breath plays an important role in the practice in order to stabilize it. The Hatha Yoga practice will calm down and quiet your mind. After the practice you will feel peaceful, open and strong.

It is a mild practice so it is a great style for people who are new to yoga or students who prefer a more relaxed style.

Men and women are welcome. All levels.

Our Fit and Swing class is a wonderful workout class for moms with babies (from 6 weeks postpartum on). It's a 45 minutes babywearing class, aiming to support moms with their postpartum recovery.

We offer a loving community support, while helping moms to become more empowered, more fit and happier.

Our classes offer a mix of different music styles, swinging dance gentle movements with the little ones in slings and/or baby carriers.

Many studies have shown that babies are meant to be held. But like most things in life, there are better ways and wrong ways; safe ways and much safer ways to carry our children. You're welcome to this class even with no babywearing experience at all!
Your host and teacher has the background of Physical Therapy and is a certified babywearing consultant.

Join us, bring your wrap or sling, put your baby in a safe baby carrier and get ready to move and swing together! It's a session that brings you extra time of spending in loving bond.

Practicalities:
1. Bring your baby and a wrap/carrier if you have one.
2. You will sweat, we therefore highly recommend to bring an extra set of clothing both for you as well as your baby.
3. We dance and move bearfoot.
4. Wear stretchy, breathable and comfortable cloth, that allow you to move freely.

In our Prenatal Aerial classes the hammock (sling) will be used to remove pressure from certain areas of the body, release tension, and build strength and flexibility to prepare for labor.

Changing of your body and upcoming needs will be discussed in-between exercises, while being appropriately gentle and safe for you and your baby.

For prenatal use, our hammocks are just another tool preparing your mind, body, emotions and spirit for birth. No difficult or acrobatic poses should be expected like we would use the slings generally in a typical aerial yoga class.

You will practice to:
- Listen to your body, staying true to you in every moment
- Being present
- Being kind to yourself, and take deep breaths.

Added bonus: some guided meditation and savasana in the hammock, letting the sensation of weightlessness melt away your tension.

You will leave feeling like you truly worked your body, yet in a safe, conscious and effective manner.

No previous experience practicing Yoga or Pilates is required. Al stages of pregnancy are welcome.
If you have (pregnancy) complaints or injuries you are welcome to join, but let the teacher know upfront!!

Trolls are sometimes threatened by mean, ugly & miserable creatures called “Bergens”!
This we , would like to translate into our daily lives...How?
What brings your little yogi happiness?
How does she/he cope with mean/ uncomfortable situations?

We will discover this and engage in a series of yoga postures to open the heart❤❤❤

Learning to adapt and be flexible when situations become uncomfortable, protecting ourselves from the “Bergens”!

So the soundtracks in this theme promote all kinds of wonderful emotions for us to sing and dance along together. Great if they can start listening to a couple of songs from the soundtrack if you wish 😉

At the end of the first session your little yogi will have a little more insight into how to cope with uncomfortable situations using music and Wobbel Yoga.
We hope to see all our little Trolls for a colourful & awesome adventure!

“Dreaming into the Summer”

After all the broken school weeks and constant changes in routine over the past few months due to COVID we are offering our young yogis a time to reflect and Dream.
With this workshop we aim to bring awareness of what has been happening but also letting go and embracing the summer vacation with an open heart.


We will be crafting a personalized Dreamcatcher together and in this way creating space to set some intentions through mindfulness for the summer vacation.

A brief history of the “Dreamcatcher” will also be explained so you understand the origin thereof:-)

The process of creating your own personal dream catcher is called “Dreamweaving”!

We at Womanhood Studio will provide all the tools to make your Dreamcatcher, all you need to bring along is your creativity, if you would like... some personal items to add to your Dreamcatcher; think of items like a special shell, beads or a magical crystal!

There are limited spots available for this workshop so we kindly ask to book on time so we can prepare all the wonderful supplies and items for your creation.

At the end of this session we will go into a relaxation moment with Silver Flute meditation in the Aerial Yoga hammocks and reflect on our creations. Connecting and understanding what your Summer Dreams means to you:-)

Suitable for all ages, Yogalates is an excellent blend of Yoga and Pilates. This method is gaining popularity all over the world. Here are some of the benefits of Yogalates:

1. Increased body strength
Yogalates consists of 40 different poses that vary in their difficulty levels. On the whole, you have exercises that are of both low and high intensity. By engaging various muscle groups, these poses help you gain body strength. Yogalates also aids in lengthening the muscles and especially helps make your lower and abdominal back strong.
