Suitable for all ages, Yogalates is an excellent blend of Yoga and Pilates. This method is gaining popularity all over the world. Here are some of the benefits of Yogalates:

1. Increased body strength
Yogalates consists of 40 different poses that vary in their difficulty levels. On the whole, you have exercises that are of both low and high intensity. By engaging various muscle groups, these poses help you gain body strength. Yogalates also aids in lengthening the muscles and especially helps make your lower and abdominal back strong.

2. Enhanced flexibility
Even if you just do Yoga or Pilates, your body will benefit from enhanced flexibility. Imagine how effective will Yogalates be when it comes to body elasticity! Much like traditional yoga, aerial yoga is great for stress relief. Not only do you use poses and stretches common to other forms of yoga to relieve stress, but you also experience the joy of knowing that you did something new and exciting, which makes you feel good.
Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothes. To keep our hammocks safe and clean we kindly ask you to not wear clothing with buttons or zippers and dress with a T-shirt that covers your armpits.

To make the session even more pleasurable, refrain from eating and drinking at least 1 hour before the start of the class.

If you're completely new to aerial Yoga we highly recommend you to take a beginner's workshop first. Check our schedule or send us an email about the coming event.

You can restores and strengthens your body, have fun with other moms while working on rehabilitation of the the pelvis region.

Tami encourages you to train so that you get a deeper physical awareness, assisting in the prevention of back pain whilst feeding, carrying and lifting your baby.

Don't forget to bring with you:
- Your yoga mat
- A large towel/blanket for your baby.

In Kids Aerial Yoga fantasy becomes a reality by using our Aerial hammocks. The hammocks help us feel weightless, they let us fly and give your kids a chance to use all their creative energy.

There are many benefits to Aerial Yoga. We work on motor skills and balance, develop body awareness. Through play we work on building strength while we also work on our social skills.

Each class starts with a little bit of mindfulness and we end with a yummy relaxation the hammocks.

There will always be attention to the mental wellbeing of each child as well. Lastly, not to be forgotten: Aerial Yoga is FUN!

Make sure that the kids wear zipper and button free clothing to help keep our hammocks safe. Refrain from eating and drinking 1 hour from the start of class!

Belly dancing significantly aids muscle toning with its refined movements of internal muscle anatomy. Movements were historically created to work those core feminine muscles such as the Gluts (bottom), Oblique’s (stomach) and Quads (thighs).

It is a great workout without even feeling like you’re exercising, once you get lost in the music and art form!

Yin Yoga will allow you to reduce stress, calm and balance body and mind. It can help you improve your flexibility and mobility. We‘ll work to free up the energy in the body, making your Organs happy.

What is Yin Yoga?

In Yin Yoga we move at a slower pace, holding poses for up to five minutes. Instead of heating up, we relax the muscles as much as possible. In these passive poses we can work the deeper connective tissues – tendons, ligaments and fascia.

You are the Yin to my Yang <3

Yin completes a more heating yang practice, such as Vinyasa yoga, running or weight exercise. In Yin we slow things down and turn inward. A wonderful antidote in today‘s fast-paced world.

In the Hatha Yoga practice the focus is on loosening and strengthening the body. It is a static practice, rather than a flowing one, and there is always time for relaxation between different postures.

Regulating the breath plays an important role in the practice in order to stabilize it. The Hatha Yoga practice will calm down and quiet your mind. After the practice you will feel peaceful, open and strong.

It is a mild practice so it is a great style for people who are new to yoga or students who prefer a more relaxed style.

Our teacher will help you enjoy the hammocks in ways you didn't even imagine was possible. If you're feeling tired, stressed or overworked, this type of yoga is the answer!!

The poses range from being on, hovering slightly over and off the ground. You
will find those poses to be grounding, healing and challenging.
It's a different feel from regular Aerial classes with our hammocks (waist

In our Prenatal Aerial classes the hammock (sling) will be used to remove pressure from certain areas of the body, release tension, and build strength and flexibility to prepare for labor.

Changing of your body and upcoming needs will be discussed in-between exercises, while being appropriately gentle and safe for you and your baby.

For prenatal use, our hammocks are just another tool preparing your mind, body, emotions and spirit for birth. No difficult or acrobatic poses should be expected like we would use the slings generally in a typical aerial yoga class.

You will practice to:
- Listen to your body, staying true to you in every moment
- Being present
- Being kind to yourself, and take deep breaths.

Added bonus: some guided meditation and savasana in the hammock, letting the sensation of weightlessness melt away your tension.

You will leave feeling like you truly worked your body, yet in a safe, conscious and effective manner.

No previous experience practicing Yoga or Pilates is required. Al stages of pregnancy are welcome.

In the Hatha Yoga practice the focus is on loosening and strengthening the body. It is a static practice, rather than a flowing one, and there is always time for relaxation between different postures.

Regulating the breath plays an important role in the practice in order to stabilize it. The Hatha Yoga practice will calm down and quiet your mind. After the practice you will feel peaceful, open and strong.

It is a mild practice so it is a great style for people who are new to yoga or students who prefer a more relaxed style.

Men and women are welcome. All levels.

Our teacher will help you enjoy the hammocks in ways you didn't even imagine was possible. If you're feeling tired, stressed or overworked, this type of yoga is the answer!!

The poses range from being on, hovering slightly over and off the ground. You
will find those poses to be grounding, healing and challenging.
It's a different feel from regular Aerial classes with our hammocks (waist
level) but it's definitely something that might interest you to add to your
weekly routines. Or just try once. No experience is needed.

In our Prenatal Aerial classes the hammock (sling) will be used to remove pressure from certain areas of the body, release tension, and build strength and flexibility to prepare for labor.

Changing of your body and upcoming needs will be discussed in-between exercises, while being appropriately gentle and safe for you and your baby.

For prenatal use, our hammocks are just another tool preparing your mind, body, emotions and spirit for birth. No difficult or acrobatic poses should be expected like we would use the slings generally in a typical aerial yoga class.

You will practice to:
- Listen to your body, staying true to you in every moment
- Being present
- Being kind to yourself, and take deep breaths.

Added bonus: some guided meditation and savasana in the hammock, letting the sensation of weightlessness melt away your tension.

You will leave feeling like you truly worked your body, yet in a safe, conscious and effective manner.

No previous experience practicing Yoga or Pilates is required. Al stages of pregnancy are welcome.

In the Netherlands, it’s important to know about ‘the standard ‘approach to pregnancy and birth from what you may be used to in your own country. But… don’t stress!

Getting the knowledge and learning the techniques from this course will empower and support you and your partner in having the birth experience you most wish for.
Join us (from 3rd trimester; 28 weeks plus) to prepare yourself, your partner and discover many birthing options. This course will not only be informational and practical, but also lots of fun!!

Subjects that will be covered:
- The physiology of birth, including all stages
- Positioning
- Pain coping techniques and options available
- Breathing
- Instinctive versus guided pushing
- Home versus hospital birth
- Birth planning
- Postpartum support and care

With involvement of your partner, continuous support and one-on-one guidance, you will most likely have an empowering, safe and joyful birth experience. These topics and more will be discussed during our course together.

Playing with the rhythms, the shapes and the twists!

We warmly invite you to an acrobatic Aerial Dance session which involves the exploration of body movement in relationship to the hammock, looking for the harmony between them.

We will dedicate the session to learn new tricks, improve our acrobatic technique and develop a beautiful choreography.

Saray will guide you and help you find your inner strength while moving softly and playfully. This session is ONLY advised for people with Aerial Yoga experience. It's very welcoming for those who took at least a Beginners workshop plus minimum of 3 classes afterwards and are ready to further experiment with the hammocks.

Practicalities:
* Due to Corona we limited the number of participants to 7. Book your spot quickly if you wish to join us.
* Refrain from eating or drinking at least 1 hour before your class.
* Bring your own Yoga mat with you and a bottle of water.
* Price: 35 euro
