In Kids Aerial Yoga fantasy becomes a reality by using our Aerial hammocks. The hammocks help us feel weightless, they let us fly and give your kids a chance to use all their creative energy.

There are many benefits to Aerial Yoga. We work on motor skills and balance, develop body awareness. Through play we work on building strength while we also work on our social skills.

Each class starts with a little bit of mindfulness and we end with a yummy relaxation the hammocks.

There will always be attention to the mental wellbeing of each child as well. Lastly, not to be forgotten: Aerial Yoga is FUN!

Make sure that the kids wear zipper and button free clothing to help keep our hammocks safe. Refrain from eating and drinking 1 hour from the start of class!

Find balance and energy with Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga will allow you to reduce stress, calm and balance body and mind. It can help you improve your flexibility and mobility. We‘ll work to free up the energy in the body, making your Organs happy.

What is Yin Yoga?

In Yin Yoga we move at a slower pace, holding poses for up to five minutes. Instead of heating up, we relax the muscles as much as possible. In these passive poses we can work the deeper connective tissues – tendons, ligaments and fascia.

You are the Yin to my Yang <3

Yin completes a more heating yang practice, such as Vinyasa yoga, running or weight exercise. In Yin we slow things down and turn inward. A wonderful antidote in today‘s fast-paced world.

Never done aerial yoga before? This is your chance!
Come to the beginners workshop and we will show you not only how to be safe IN the fabric, but also how to work WITH the fabric to create a wonderful supported yoga experience.

Aerial yoga is a fun way of experiencing yoga. On the one hand you will be challenged in this workshop, getting into poses you have never even seen. On the other hand, you will feel very supported in the fabric, experiencing the calmth en warmth of being weightless in your own little cocoon.

In this workshop Melanie will help move gentle and slowly, giving you time to experience and go as far as you like.

Is zondag voor jou dé dag om rustig aan te doen en te ontspannen? Dan past Yin Yoga om 10 uur, na je ontbijt, perfect in die plannen! Let echter wel op, deze les daagt je soms in bepaalde houdingen fysiek ook een beetje uit! We raden je daarom ook aan om een yoga strap (of een stevige riem) te hebben.

Bij Yin Yoga draait het om het versoepelen van het bindweefsel, terwijl de spieren zo veel mogelijk ontspannen blijven. Tijdens deze les is er extra aandacht voor de ademhaling om dieper in de poses te komen en de ontspanning te vergroten. De kracht van visualiseren... maak tje dromen werkelijkheid.

Aan het begin van een nieuw jaar is het fijn om nieuwe plannen en doelen stellen om weer de koers te bepalen voor de toekomst.

Een vision board is een collage van afbeeldingen waarmee je je doelen en dromen visualiseert. Alle aspecten die voor jou belangrijk zijn zoals, self-care, gezondheid, familie, vriendschappen, passie, werk kan je hierin meenemen. Het hele proces van het maken van een vision board versnelt het realiseren van je plannen en verlangens.

Door middel van het in beeld brengen van je wensen en dromen op een wit canvas maak je je doelen en verlangens concreter voor je onderbewuste brein. Door het visueel samenvoegen van de losse gedachtes krijg je in één oogopslag ineens een compleet plan, die je richting geeft. Het realiseren van je dromen wordt ineens ook veel tastbaarder en haalbaarder.

Het visualiseren van je dromen en doelen lukt het beste vanuit een ontspannen staat van zijn. Daarom beginnen de workshop met een ontspannings/visualisatie oefening. Op deze manier kom je het beste in contact met je diepste verlangens. Met alle informatie uit de visualisatie in het achterhoofd gaan we heerlijk creatief aan de slag met het maken van het vision board.

Aan het eind van de workshop delen we onze dromen en doelen met elkaar. Want als je je plannen uitspreekt worden ze nog echter. Het vision board neem je natuurlijk mee naar huis, zodat je telkens weer aan je dromen herinnert kan worden. Elke keer dat je het board ziet zal het je vertrouwen vergroten dat je je doelen kan verwezenlijken.

Is zondag voor jou dé dag om rustig aan te doen en te ontspannen? Dan past Yin Yoga om 10 uur, na je ontbijt, perfect in die plannen! Let echter wel op, deze les daagt je soms in bepaalde houdingen fysiek ook een beetje uit! We raden je daarom ook aan om een yoga strap (of een stevige riem) te hebben.

Bij Yin Yoga draait het om het versoepelen van het bindweefsel, terwijl de spieren zo veel mogelijk ontspannen blijven. Tijdens deze les is er extra aandacht voor de ademhaling om dieper in de poses te komen en de ontspanning te vergroten.
