Suitable for all ages, Yogalates is an excellent blend of Yoga and Pilates. This method is gaining popularity all over the world. Here are some of the benefits of Yogalates:

1. Increased body strength
Yogalates consists of 40 different poses that vary in their difficulty levels. On the whole, you have exercises that are of both low and high intensity. By engaging various muscle groups, these poses help you gain body strength. Yogalates also aids in lengthening the muscles and especially helps make your lower and abdominal back strong.

2. Enhanced flexibility
Even if you just do Yoga or Pilates, your body will benefit from enhanced flexibility. Imagine how effective will Yogalates be when it comes to body elasticity! Een super les van 45 minuten, midden op de dag. Niet Lunch break, maar Pilates Break!

Regelmatig bewegen en ontspanning is een must voor een gezond lichaam. Hier moet je tijd voor maken. En waarom maken we die tijd alleen voor of na het werk? Waarom niet juist midden op de dag?
Misschien wel omdat er overdag weinig aanbod is van sportlessen... wij gaan hier graag een verandering in aanbrengen.

Wat mag je verwachten?
Een energieke les, gebaseerd op de Pilates methode. Aandacht voor je houding, core stabiliteit, lenigheid en ontspanning hoort er bij.
Verwacht niet compleet bezweet weer terug te moeten achter je bureau. De Pilates Break lessen zijn gericht op beweging, postuur én ontspanning, geschikt voor alle niveaus en zowel mannen als vrouwen.

Dynamisch, energiek en ontspannend. Volledig opgeladen kun je weer verder aan je dag!

NEW CLASS ALERT: Kids Yogalates/Massage Class via Zoom

Are you a parent to homebound, energetic, children just looking for an outlet? Then we've got a remedy for you!!

Join Tami for 45 minutes of crazy, kid, fun(7-13 years old) working their bodies through cool, entertaining poses, like: Airplane Arms, Froggie Pose, and Flamingo Stand, while sharing tonnes of laughs! This time we are also adding massage to class. We wish to show the participants that there are easy ways of taking care of yourself right at home. These massage self-care practices are a way you can make your body, mind, and heart healthy.
In fact, massage can have a direct impact on the immune system, so let's practice this deep conection and strengthen who we are.

What will you need for this class?
1. Some space to move around
2. A chair
3. 1 inflated balloon per participant
4. A yoga mat or carpet
5. A blanket

If other brothers and sisters (7-13 years old) would like to join in on the fun, we are happy to have them take part! For the massage part we definitely need another participant. So parents, get ready to give and receive 15 minutes of massage at the end of class.


Cost: 9,50 euro
8,50 euro for kids with a Womanhood studio class pass (Aerial pass).

Find balance and energy with Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga will allow you to reduce stress, calm and balance body and mind. It can help you improve your flexibility and mobility. We‘ll work to free up the energy in the body, making your Organs happy.

What is Yin Yoga?

In Yin Yoga we move at a slower pace, holding poses for up to five minutes. Instead of heating up, we relax the muscles as much as possible. In these passive poses we can work the deeper connective tissues – tendons, ligaments and fascia.

Regulating the breath plays an important role in the practice in order to stabilize it. The Hatha Yoga practice will calm down and quiet your mind. After the practice you will feel peaceful, open and strong.

It is a mild practice so it is a great style for people who are new to yoga or students who prefer a more relaxed style.

Men and women are welcome. All levels.

We will be preparing your mind, body, emotions and spirit for birth. No difficult or acrobatic poses should be expected.

You will practice to:
- Listen to your body, staying true to you in every moment
- Being present
- Being kind to yourself, and take deep breaths.

You will leave class feeling like you truly worked your body, yet in a safe, conscious and effective manner.

This class will be 50 minutes of "workout" and mindfulness moments, followed by 25 minutes of talking! Sharing concerns, hopes, etc regarding pregnancy and birth in Corona times.

No previous experience practicing Yoga or Pilates is required. Al stages of pregnancy are welcome.
If you have (pregnancy) complaints or injuries you are welcome to join, but let the teacher know upfront!!

Let’s start Sunday evening as relaxed as you possibly can be.
