DESCRIPTION: Come and fly with us!! Feel your body awakening, stretching and get a wonderful relaxation in the hammocks!

There is no better feeling when you're in the monkey pose, at the beginning of a new week, looking upside down and taking everything into a right prespective :-)

To keep our hammocks safe and clean we ask you to not wear clothing with buttons or zippers. Wearing a T-shirt that covers your armpits is a must.

Bring your own yoga mat to the practice.
If you are new to Aerial Yoga we highly recommend you to sign up for our Aerial Yoga Basics workshop first .
