DESCRIPTION: When your baby is getting ready to move more, so are you! Our new Yoga & Play classes are a great way to get stronger and find joy together. The perfect next step after postnatal healing classes.

The class will involve fun and movement for both you and your baby! Mums and dads will enjoy a flow yoga class and involve their little ones playfully: At our studio we have swings, especially made for babies that are comfortable sitting up by themselves. We will be facing the children so we can make eye contact and even include the swings in several of our poses.

For the ones that don‘t enjoy the swing we will have a play area set up.

The classes are best suited for parents with children aged 9 months to 3 years.

Come join us, let’s move while the children play!
Our teacher Eva will hold the class in English, maar ze spreekt ook Nederlands ?
